Season kick-off Herr C

Last Sunday Sept 24th, Gothia men's C team kicked off the season in a "away" match against Majorna and Falköping. The squad "borrowed" a few of our recently promoted players and consisted of Abe, Ali, Marcio, Manos, Shirish, Victor, Pontus, Georgios and Dennis.

The first match against host Majorna started a bit sleepy and we took quite some time to get into "game mode". After two lost sets, we gained focus and control winning the third set. Our opponents got stronger in set 4 and gained the upper hand at the end. We lost 1:3 overall.

The second match against Fälköping started way better and we were sharp and had good structure. After winning the first set, we almost gave away set 2 but with incredible mental strength defended 3 set points of our opponent and eventually won. In the third set, we continued with focus and coherent three touches making it a 3:0 win.
