Indoor training starts!

Hi youths and parents!

Winter is slowly creeping in and we're all ready to end the year with x-mas festivities.

And we're also kickstarting the pre-season at the same time. Hurray! So get your indoor shoes and let's start preparing for next year and a new season!

We're kicking of on the 24th of November at Hall of Flame in frölunda, sportshall on top of a firestation.

We will be training together with the U12's and forcus on a bit more team oriented exercises and a bit more physio!

Also some info about the gym sessions that are to come. We're starting them in january. U14 focus on this.

So come down and enjoy.

Olle kommer ha svårt att medverka på söndagar då det är handbollssäsong nu. Många matcher ligger på söndagar runt kl 12. Han kommer på träningen när det funkar 👍🏻
