Tuesday 17:00-18:30 on Heden pitch 4 (next to the volleyball).
Thursday 18:30-20:00 Heden pitch 2 (the usual one).
Saturday 10:30-12:00 Social touch with the whole club.

Friday: 13:00-15:00 Nordic Wellness Järntorget. Gym. 

Saturday 09:00-14:00 The men have a small Camp at the Club. Please join in to learn more. You all have the skill set to train with them. 

Sunday: 13:00-15:00 Ice skating at Ruddalens Skrinnarhall. Wear GRF clothes.
