Hello youths and parents!

We've been planning together with rugby west the upcoming season and we have dates set already for all the minifestivals and also some planned trips and activities. Some changes might still occur, but we'll keep you posted.

The dates set so far:

Wk 19 10-11 Apr Youth Rugby Values Camp (sleepover at scout hut Frölunda)

Wk 24 15 Jun Viking Cup - Partille Sparatcus

Wk 33 17-aug. Haka rugby camp Göteborg
Wk 34 24-aug. Denmark Speed tournament
Wk 36 7-sep. Minifestival Spartacus/Göteborg

Wk 40 5-okt. Minifestival Borås

We've also been busy thinking forward and this year we're introducing our own core values.

G = Glädje

R = Respekt

F = Familj

We will have a camp where we'll play some teamwork games and have fun. :)

Well keep you posten on things to come.

The trainings are also already moving outside, on the astro and grass just outside our club. This due to there not being any indoor training sessions available and the mild winter weather. A lot of positives on the outdoor trainings, we can get back to tackles earlier!

Training at 10:00 - 11:30 as usual.

Remember to have clothing that can repel some water and good underlay. Advice on no thick cotton hoodies, those will soak in water and then the kids get sick because they get cold.

Hi. Just noticed that the calls for trainings didn't go out this week. Apologies for this.

But trainings will be on every Sunday 10:00-11:30 until end of march for now. :)

Also starting the U14 gym sessions this monday at 1800 at our clubhouse! :)

It's not easy to find training times indoors for us. But in January we'll move back to Frölunda Kulturhus again.

So drop off your kids with us and do some shopping at Frölunda Torg.

Hi youths and parents!

Winter is slowly creeping in and we're all ready to end the year with x-mas festivities.

And we're also kickstarting the pre-season at the same time. Hurray! So get your indoor shoes and let's start preparing for next year and a new season!

We're kicking of on the 24th of November at Hall of Flame in frölunda, sportshall on top of a firestation.

We will be training together with the U12's and forcus on a bit more team oriented exercises and a bit more physio!

Also some info about the gym sessions that are to come. We're starting them in january. U14 focus on this.

So come down and enjoy.
