No ordinary training this Sunday. Instead all of us are heading to Ruddalens Skrinnarhall to do some ice skating 13:00-15:00. 

Bring GRF clothes if you have any. 

Entrance + skates will cost 90 kr.

Hi all. 

We wil train down at our clubhouse every Sunday now. 
10:00-11:30 for the U8-U14. 

It's outside so bring warm clothes. Don't forget mouth guard because we,'ll start to sneak in some contact training. 

We have decided in the Board that during 2025 season we’ll work with the Values of rugby in all our teams.
World Rugby

We have also put foward three specific values that should define our club and it’s members. Those three are:

We’ll send out an email, with a google form to all parents, with questions regarding the three values and what they mean for your child as a player in our club. We would like you to sit down and help your child to answer the questions because the answers will help us with the upcoming work and presented in the teams.

Let's end this season with a big Touch Session down at Heden! 

Saturday 21:st of December, 10:30-12:00, on the Astro pitch! We play touch, have some glögg/saft and cookies. 

Let us show Göteborg what Rugby is! All parents are welcome to have a run with the kids. Changing rooms are open before and after the training down at Heden. 

If you have any X-mas clothes to play in - DO SO! Awards for the best dressed person!

Hello,

A huge thank you to all who have already swished, and, at the same time,  a friendly reminder that if there are any other families who would like to participate in the gifts for coaches, there's still a chance until end of day Friday 6th December.

Hope you all are doing well!

Since I missed this 2023, I want to make sure that this year we all have the opportunity to thank our fantastic youth section coaches for their passion, grit and devotion in helping our children grow to become respectful, strong and resilient individuals, teaching them values of a team sport where the camradery, personal development and hard work is what counts, rather than matches won. 

Let's thank Esther, Sanna, Sara, JJ, Justin and Magnus - without them our club's Youth section would not be the same. 

If you want to participate in this token of appreciacion pls swish 50-100sek/child (or any amount you feel comfortable with) to Agnieszka's number 0722 087 078 and mark with your child's name preferably by the 6th December.
