Viking Cup review and Summer Break!

Hello youths and parents!

So Viking Cup was a blast. We didn't have our full strenght and it showed. With support from Borås we still managed to make a good tournament, but the ones not being there were missed my many!

These tournaments and cups are the moments we all train so hard for and as a coach it's heartbreaking to see so many being not available and then have to scramble borrowed players from other teams. Especially when we just had 16 players at the last minifestival.

Also having to explain to the other kids that we're missing players before the tournament starts and then having to answer why they're not there. They really rely on the whole team being there.

But the ones who showed up played so well and gave it their all! So super proud of the lads!!

There were joyous moments and some sad moments, but I think the lads had a blast overall! The positive is that we now know what to train for before the USM later this year. So proud of the lads from this weekend!

With that said. We enter a period where many of our lads go away for holidays and travel away. So we're entering the summer break. Meaning we won't have any training for a couple of weeks. So enjoy your summer, have a ton of fun and we'll see you again in August!
