Rugbyfestival U8/U14) this Sunday at our Club

Hello
This Sunday we have a RugbyFestival at our club with lots of teams coming.

We need help from you parents to help us make this the best RugbyFestival.
09:00-11:00 3 people in the Kiosk/ClubHouse: Magnus, Marisa, Gary
11:00-13:00 Kiosk/ClubHouse: Kate, Laura, Lucy.
10:00-12:00 1 person walking between pitches and taking pictures.
11:00-13:00 Neil running the BBQ.

Everyone that can bake for selling please bring Fika on Thursday or Sunday.

It looks like most people are available 1100-1300hrs -- I can swap my kiosk time to 0900-1100hrs
