PDP tests 23:rd of February

The Swedish Rugby Union will hold some Tests and inform about the Player Development Program and the Pathway they have created. This year its only for Boys18 born 2007, 2008 and Emerging Seniors born 2005 and 2006.

The tests will give you a benchmark of your strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. They will also give you exercises to work on to prevent injuries in the future.

This year the SRF has decided to take a fee of 500kr for participants. We think it's a bit to much. The club will sponsor every player participating with 200kr. After you have signed up and paid, send Magnus a confirmation of your payment, and the club will pay you back 200kr.
