I am delighted to say that our Spring lunchtime boxing sessions will start next week.
Here's the details;
When
11:45-12:30 on Mondays (8 sessions from week 16 to 23)
Where
Next to the tennis courts near the head office
What
Boxing for fitness. This is a full body fitness class using boxing techniques, there is no sparring
Who is this for
Everyone! No experience is needed and we will run through all of the technique consistently.
What do I need?
Nothing (unless you have your own gloves). All equipment will be provided.
