Invitation to Halvvättern bicycle event

Dear ACIF members,
During 2025, ACIF organizes participation for members to complete a Halvklassiker and will arrange a common event to cycle Halvvättern 150 km (road cycling). This implies that ACIF will not offer any arrangements for Siljan Runt this year.
Halvvättern takes place on Saturday 7 June, and it starts and finishes in Motala (where also Vätternrundan is located). Motala is located 250 km from Stockholm a driving time is approx. 3 hrs.
ACIF has rented a private villa in Motala located within bicycling distance from start and finish, in which ACIF’s participants will stay the night before the race. As the house was rented for two nights, it is possible to also stay the night after the race to avoid exhausting driving home immediately after the race. Each and everyone must bring their own towel and bed linens.
The travel to Motala takes place with private cars. Those who volunteer to drive are reimbursed for the fuel costs by the passengers in the car. As the race takes place on Saturday 7 June, travel to Motala must take place on the day before, i.e. the Swedish National Day.
ACIF will cover the cost for accommodation and breakfast in the rented villa as well as half of the starting fee for Halvvättern.

Registration is binding. The number of places is limited and should the places available for ACIF become over-booked, priority will be given to those who are in process of completing a Halvklassiker.
