Ski class from 2024 Orsa Grönklitt edition

Dear ACIF members,

We are excited to invite you to ACIF’s Cross Country Skiing trip to Orsa Grönklitt in Dalarna!

Dates: 23-26 January 2025

Join us for three days of cross-country skiing. We will be staying in ski cabins with 8 beds in Toppbyn, at Bäverstigen. The cabins are equipped with kitchens and saunas.

Included in the package:

• Skiing class with a local instructor on Friday morning, for all levels (beginner to advanced, and 1 group skating style)
• ACIF Club Championship 10 km classic race on Saturday morning
• Group dinner at Ugglan and Björnen on Friday night
• Group dinner with prize ceremony at Toppstugan on Saturday night
• Accommodation and check-out housekeeping service

There are 45 spots available for ACIF members.

Cost: 1600 SEK (This does not include travel to and from Orsa, spårkort (ski track fee), or food during the stay, except for the included dinners.)

The trip is organized for Atlas Copco/Epiroc employees or retirees from either company. Other members are welcome to participate but must pay the full event fee.

If more than 45 people apply, a lottery will be held (with priority given to 2024’s champions and title defenders Jennifer Tannfelt and Ulf Sand). The participant list and confirmation will be distributed around December 2nd. Payment must be made before December 10th. (payment instructions will follow).
