The season finally starts for Gothia Men B! And what a start!

Gothia B is back to the field and they won and won! 🦁

On the first match-day of the season, Gothia Men B succeeded playing against two teams that are above us on the table. The team played with confidence, solidifying all the weeks of training we had before these games.

Against Eneryda, we set a very good base level of volleyball, with good transition from reception to attacks, killing many balls on the other side. Final score, 3x0 to Gothia (25/15, 25,15 and 25/16). Our outside hitters were key to this win, and Amandus (left spiker) made a difference with a tremendous presence on court. 💪

The second game was tough! Halmstad put up a great match, but Gothia showed who was the HOME team. Counting not only with 7 players, but the whole bench and the public supporting continuously, through the whole day. These, and the BIG presence of our middle blocker Kennet on the net, granted us a hard win, 3x2 (18/25, 25/19, 20/25, 25/12, 15/13) 🤩

The next challenge is in the end of November. Again, the B team has some time to get ready and will deliver their best on court in 2 games against Växjö VK and VK Westan. Let’s go Gothiaaa!!!
