Strength for running workshop

Samling: 16:30, Atlas Copco conference room SicklaJoin Physical Performance coach Sam Rosser, for an interactive workshop, where we will discuss the impact and value of strength training on running performance. Whatever your running goals, underpinning your commitment to those multiple km's with a consistent mobility and strength programme will have huge benefit, on multiple levels.
We will cover areas including;
• The impact running has on the body
• How often should I run and how do I recover between runs
• Improving strength to reduce the risk of injury
• Improving strength and power to boost performance
• a range of exercises you can use consistently
The workshop will provide value for anyone who likes to run, or anyone who'd like to get started. The second half the workshop will be active (exercises not running), so please wear appropriate clothing such as training clothes and running or gym shoes.
