Join our training sessions! It’s for anyone at any level.
Each week, an instructor will focus on a different theme, like running technique, speed and trail running:
- Thursday 29th August 16.30-17.30 (Slope training in Hammarbybacken)
- Thursday 5th September 16.30-17.30 (Forrest in Naturreservat)
- Thursday 12th September 16.30-17.30 (Gravel path in Naturreservat)
- Thursday 19th September 17.30-18.30 (Reconnaissance on the course of Lidingöloppet)
We'll meet at the reception for the sessions in Sickla and at Lidingövallen for the reconnaissance session.
