New start time 20:45 on Thursdays for Div 4

Since there is a new youth beginners team starting up on Thursdays so we need to move our practices to 20:45 on Thursdays to make room for them.

You're welcome to come earlier, and help coach some beginners + warm up. 🐦🐦
