Sorry about missing out on Sunday, I get migraines from time to time, and they completely knock me off my feet, I basically had to sleep it off until the afternoon, fucked my day for sure. I didn't have Maksym's number in my phone so I wrote in the calendar instead, early in the morning.

This week I have some friends from Melbourne staying over with their baby, so I'm unavailable until the weekend, just the heads up. I'm on vacation now with my wife and kids so it's unlikely I will join you for runs either, even though I really enjoy them!

I am all for respect and common courtesy and I appreciate you guys taking the mgmt responsibilities, but it's summer vacations now so you gotta tone it down a notch. Some of us will prioritise our kids and families during this time. Unless of course you intend to have EIK as some kind of bachelor club then let me know and I will take my business elsewhere. Cheers!

On Maksym's comment on doing training sessions (not a game): Perhaps we could meet up 1h or 1h30 before our friendly games and do a training, and then we play afterwords? The fields are always free before we have been playing. I think it could be really beneficial for us to define and practice a lot of things, like how to do in corners, attacking plays, passing, positioning, etc.

On the shouting/screaming, thanks a lot for the feedback after the game this Sunday!I will really make sure I really reduce this, and only call out (once) when I am free to get the ball :)

On Wednesdays I have weekly meeting from 10-11:30. However, I've got a bad backache. For sure I can't make it tomorrow and probably not Wednesday and Thursday when we have a friendly match.

I decline the Thursday call. I will see on Thur if I am better and able to join.

BTW guys, as José pointed out this Tuesday after work is not such a great date to have a running activity, as Sweden is playing at roughly the same time. Should we move the running session to Wednesday lunch time (11am)? Any opinions?

Thanks Maksym for the summary, of course the organizing the trainings. I was one that removed myself from Friday due to the sick family members. I was not aware that there was no notification for that by the app. Otherwise I would have sent you text message. Really, really sorry for that.

For after work friendly match on Thursdays, I will not be able to play. Will definitely join lunch trainings and weekend match as long as I am caught by other urgent stuffs.

Gentlemen, some points regarding today's match and the state of the things below.

MATCH.
We have lost 4:6, despite playing quite well from time to time. Really pleased seeing series of unintercepted passes and thoughtful attacks. Have to highlight that Johan and Osama had a good game today (the rest of us were also in shape, as usual). However, there are points to improve:
- Positions - we tend to lose those as we get tired (especially subs contribute to this, as the incoming guy does not know where to play). We need to coordinate better, in particular during the subs.
- To much screaming and yelling. People were saying after the game this increases the chaos and distracts. Let us try to be more thoughtful about this aspect for the future games.
- Small mistakes. Those seem to be decisive in our recent matches. 2-3 bad passes, a couple of relaxed ball stops or thoughtless dribbles and we are 3:0 down. Of course, this will happen anyhow, but we should consciously try to focus on those aspects we are screwing up things.

DISCIPLINE.
Houssam (with help of mine, and some of you) is arranging the trainings and games, so that we can improve and have fun. It is NOT, however, fun when:
- We say that we come and we don't. Guys, please respect the efforts of the organisers and do your best to be there if you said you will. Or at least message one of us ASAP when you see that you can't (just removing yourselves from the list on this site is not enough - we do not get any notification and still count on you unless we check the squad all the time). Today we counted on 10 players, we had only 7 (with a random show up from Osama).
- We are not on time. Lads, if we say we should be there 9:30, that is the time we expect everyone to be there. Coming at 10:15 (thinking you are almost on time) is not OK. Today Johan was on time and had to leave 11:00, which limited our time of playing due to the late start because of several guys that were late.
- Register for both teams. Guys, if you put your name in our list, we count on you. If you said you play with us, do not put your name in Florin's team as well (actually, better not put your name there at all :) ). Otherwise, we might lose a player we counted for, as it happened today.
- Skip trainings. Guys, we are gathering stats of every trainings and have a pretty good picture of who is attending the trainings and who is not. It will be a useful indicator for us to pick the squad for further games. Nevertheless, trainings have improved our stamina, which is visible during the games, and we should really continue with these. Now, it is a half-season break and time to summarise the happenings and commitments. Sadly enough, some of you did not show up more than a couple of times during the entire season. If that is the case, should we actually count on you for the second half? Or should we invite other guys instead? For instance, Osama is eager to play and commit, and I, personally, would prefer to invite someone who is committed.

Think about these points guys. It would be great if we could improve the commitment and trust in each other in this team.

NEXT TRAINING.
We will go for a 3-5k run on Tuesday 17:00 in Kista. I will send a call for it later today. Do join us!

QUESTION to the entire team:
We have been playing games recently after work or during the week-ends. We stopped, however, having trainings. Should we try to arrange those as well? Or is just playing football and running enough for us?
