Nightfootball for everyone

We dont know if everyone knows about it, but we as a club have together with Östersunds Kommun, Jämtkraft, Länsförsäkringar and RF SISU Jämtland/Härjedalen - managed To facilitate nightfootball, Fridays between 21.00-00.30 in Torvalla.

When the news broke, and we did an interview with P4 Radio Jämtland confirming this. Some people could not handle it and accordingly started doing racist comments.

We would like to make this clear, diversity is a strength. YES, there are cultural differences between individuals depending on where/When/How you grow up.

BUT, if we want a society based on polarisation, misunderstanding, ”us vs them” etc. I think the people commenting on Facebook can keep doing what They are doing and live in fear the rest of their lives.

OR - come and join the nightfootball, play, Watch, support, greet and have some fun. You Will all see that there is NOTHING to fear, it is Young adults trying to do Good in society and have fun. 

We fully stand by our slogan strength through diversity and stronger together. It is about using the diversity of our lives background weave together on our life journey, even though the paths might look different - we share the same kommun, the same country and the same Earth. Why hate and repel, When there is so much you can do working together.

So we urg anyone that has fears or distrust about nightfootball, or Cosmos. Come join us a night, we promise it will be worth it. '
