Step one of checking / fixing your technique: Keep the stabalizers on the bow but remove the weights. Note: These are all written in the right-handed shooters perspective. 

Vertical Scatter

• Cause: Pressure leak / Variable pressure
• Cause: Cam timing. Make sure the cams are in time not only in the rested position, but also at full draw. 

Right Scatter

• Cause: Pre ignition movement
• Cause: Release manipulation with fingers instead of form

Left Scatter

• Cause: Misalignment between the arrow and the back elbow.

Low left scatter

• Cause: Lazy or over exaggerated follow through. Example: throwing the bow down and leaning back to make it "look cool". Instead focus on leaving the bow arm facing target after the shot.

Increasing scatter on vertical target

• Cause: shoulders aren’t properly aligned with the targets.
• Fix: See “sight stuck out outside X” point 2 further down.

Circular Instability

• Cause: Elbow Locked out and/or high bow shoulder

Horizontal instability

• Pinch the grip slightly with the base of the thumb and the index nuckle

Sight stuck outside X

• If you can put the pin in the middle and then it leaves, it’s most likely physical. If you’re physically unable to put it in the middle or dragging it to the middle and fireing it just as soon as it’s just there, it’s most likely psychological.
• The trigger for the habit is trying to find the target after you’ve anchored. Instead try pulling the bow back, and before looking through the peep, put the scope on the target and keep it there as you bring the peep into view. Now look through the peep before you touch your anchor.
• Do the above mentioned up close and without weights on your bars. Move the target farther away as you get more comfortable.
• If the pin moves out of the X as you pull through the shot, it could be a high release shoulder. It could also be that the load isn’t being pulled straight. Check if the D-loop and the elbow is in line with each other. If not, bend the wrist until it is.

Dip-Bang

• Cause: Loss of pressure.
• The cause is the shooter focusing on keeping the pin in the middle instead of focusing on the shot execution.

Bubble not centering (Right handed shooter)

• Bubble falls to the left it could be a high bow shoulder
• Bubble falls to the right, check if the lat might be activated

  Conclusion / Review

• Take weights off bars
• Shoot without weights
• Adjust form according to what you see
• Work on elbow, shoulder, pressure
• Work through the list one piece at a time
• Once stability is achieved walk the weight back on and stop at the right amount. As soon as you have to work for it you’ve got too my weight. Have it work FOR YOU.
• Settle in to the shape, don’t become stale
• Just enough weight to keep the bow still as it walks the arrow off the rest
• Shooting the bow is keeping it still, not holding the bow.
