The teams who have a match coming up will warmup and the team/players who do not have a match will practice until 7:00 PM. Time is of the essence and as this is a first for us, it will take a few matches to get into a smooth rhythm. I appreciate everyone’s support! Helmet, abdomen guard and gloves is a must!
