Damer U (previous Juniors) first game in Divison 3!

Last weekend OUR NEW TEAM Women U (previous Juniors)  played their first games ever in division 3!!

Damer U is now entering Divison 3 for new challenges in division play! When entering divison 3 the team changed name from Juniors to Damer U. The "U" in Damer U is "utvecklingsslag" (growth) as well as "ungdom" (youth).

Here comes a short summary from their two games:

This day the team were unfortunately short of players, but thanks to the Womens b team could we borrow a couple of players to fill in.

The first game was against Majorna, which started pretty well with serve aces and spikes from both sides. However since a lot of us weren’t playing our original positions, there were some complications with the rotations. The first game ended in an unfortunate loss of 3-1.

Even though we lost the previous game, we were not ready to give up. The second game was against Gråå BK B and it started way stronger with multiple serve aces, spikes, digs and even some blocks. The energy was high and the game was won in straight sets! 3-0 against gråå.

Even though it was not our best game, this is just the beginning. We are ready to take on any challenge that comes our way and make our way to the top. A long season with many opportunities are ahead of us, see you next time🦁
