Dear Erikslund Rugby Member and supporters!

We value your thoughts about our club! Please take a few minutes to complete the attached survey. It’s designed to understand your experience of Erikslund Rugby, your engagement level, and any interest in contributing to our growth.

If you're filling out the survey on behalf of your child, we’d love to hear both their perspective and yours. If you have multiple children, please complete a separate form for each, as their experiences may differ.
