v39 Träningspass F17 + extra Träningspass

Hej F17-laget!
We had our first extra training last week and we will continue again this Thursday in addition to the regular training on Sunday. During both sessions we continue to focus on the girls finding free space on the field and working together both as attacking players and defending players. We also introduce more about using the outside of their foot when dribbling and being a little bit more aggressive when trying to take the ball from their opponents.

Thursday plan:
- Samling med Knäkontroll
- Exercise 1 - Dribbling with inside and outside of foot
- Exercise 2 - 1 mot 1 (defensive tackling)
- Exercise 3 - 5 mot 5 spel
