P10 - Outdoor training Hägernä

Hi all Players!!

We will now moves outdoors and train at the Hägernäs artificial pitch.

Our training time has changed to Sundays 16:45-18:00
We also aim to hold a 2nd session at Viggbydalen on Fridays 17:00 - 18:00

Parents are reminded about the Viggan Fair Play which includes, how teammates should treat each other with respect and encouragement.

Players:

- Artificial boots (laces with double knot)
- Shin gard protection
- Viggan Blue training top
- Red or Blue shorts
- White shorts
- Plenty of water and bottle
