P10 Outdoor Training

Hi all Players!!

We hope that you have rested well and had a wonderful summer break.

It will be a training/warm up session this Sunday.

Parents are reminded about the Viggan Fair Play which includes, how teammates should treat each other with respect and encouragement.

Players:

- Artificial boots (laces with double knot)
- Shin gard protection
- Viggan Blue training top
- Red or Blue shorts
- White shorts
- Plenty of water and bottle

Focus on football is what applies to the training. Parents are asked to help secure this.

Our next training session will follow from the 22nd Aug.
