Joint session with Berserkers

Theory 10-11
Lunch 11-12
Outdoor session 12-15

DETAILS
We meet up at the clubhouse and leave together. We LEAVE the clubhouse 8.30 sharp so make sure to be there at least 10 min before. The cars will leave regardless if you're in it.

Lunch will be provided but make sure to pack a snack for the afternoon. It will be a long day.

Training will be outdoors on astro so bring shoes suitable for that. The forwards will possibly use grass to work on scrums so bring shoes with proper studs if you need it. Forwards should also bring whatever needed for jumping in lineouts.

And of course, all the regular things for rugby: shower stuff, mouthguard, water bottle, proper shorts, scrumcap etc. Sun screen if your skin looks like mine.

Iona has invited us to watch the Six Nations games at her place afterwards. I can't stay but I think it will be a good team building/social for you so I suggest you stay if you can.
