Be present at the "allmis" surface five minutes before the scheduled time wearing a full game outfit with a stick, but without the helmet. Red jersey!
Bring a completed and signed order form (guardian's signature under 18 years of age). This needs to be signed even if you are not planning to buy any pictures. There are paper forms at the office for those who are unable to print.
