Fys program

Tibble
Samling: 17:00, OmklädningsrummetThe end of the season is near, but we are already thinking about next season. To make them ready for next year, we need to bring the body in balance again. That's the mindset during this 8 week “end of the season” program.
Ice-hockey is a hard sport and unilateral. Meaning, it is played in a way where you are mostly using one side of your body to execute movement. For example You’re only rotating your torso in one direction for shots, because it feels more natural. You’re only receiving passes on one side because you're a lefty (or righty).
With a well planned after season training schedule, we can bring that more in balance. Creating balance in an athlete allows them to move without restrictions on the ice, which optimizes their edge work, energy efficiency, speed, agility, and overall hockey performance.
Last but not least, we are building a team in a fun way and we feel like real hockey players!
