FREDAGSGRUPPEN - Schoolday/Hovet Game

08.00 Schoolday for players
Parents will go to Castle, Old town and Medeltidsmuseet during the day
Host families transfer players to Hovet after school
14.00 Players meet at Hovet
14.30 Parents meet at Hovet for the game (Olsson resp for transport info to am parents) Must leave Mörby C latest 13.30.
15.00-16.00 Game US/SWE Hovet
17.30 Dinner players and parents på Hovet (Allergies - Hans och Björn resp to find out and tell restaurant)
18.00 Game AIK- Västerås på Hovet (120 tickets)
Hostfamily transport players home
Stamford parents transport back with the tube to hotel with stop at Stureplan for drinks.

So this day is intense. Important to see to that the players eat good lunch and snack before game at Hovet. Björn and Hans will arrange everything with the game at Hovet. (Seperate info about tickets later) Filippa and Pia will be resp for info about the old town/castle/medeltidsmuseet.(The american families kommer att få anmäla sig på vilka aktiviteter de vill vara med på separat) After the AIK game we want to celebrate at Stureplan with a few drinks for all parents that want to join. Responsible for prebooking Anna Gustring Boman.
