- Busstransfer from ARN to EIP 08.30
- Meeting at EIP (Coffee + sandwich) welcome by Robert Stierngranath 9.30
- Lunch for players at EIP Klubbhus
- ICE practice for Sharks players 13.00
- At least one Responsible SDE parent will stay with american players at EIP until next practice (at 17.00). - SDE players will arrive directly after school at EIP.
- Transport for parents to hotel after information 10.30 with the waiting bus.
- 12.00 Lunch and information at hotel by Christina and Madeleine and Linda.
- Free time for parents rest of the day
- Ice practice for all players 17.00 EIP (Shower at EIP)
- Pick up of players by host family

So this day is about getting to know eachother and giving a lot of information to the Sharks players and families.
Your workgroup is responsible to arrange the coffee and sandwich in the morning at EIP to all and the lunch to the players at Klubbhuset and have someone responsible at EIP all efternoon. (Lunch for parents is booked at hotel) Players will change and shower at EIP after practice. Suggestion to Elvis to go home with one of our families after practice and hang out there. Think about keeping a tight budget :)
