Badmöte

Uthållighet och livräddning är viktigt när man är ute på äventyr så vi ska till simhallen i Vallentuna.
Ta med:
- badkläder
- handduk
- vattenflaska
- snack/frukt till efter

Vill ni ta er dit själva så börjar mötet 18:30 utanför ingången till Sports Club Vallentuna.
Annars så samlas vi 18:00 vid Yard för att gå till tåget 18:05.
Meddela oss om vi möts vid badhuset eller på Yard.

Blir ni hämtade så är mötet slut vid 20:00 (+/- tid för ombyte)
Vi som åker med tåg siktar på att vara tillbaka på yard 20:35.

Endurance and lifesaving are important when you are out on an adventure so we are going to the swimming pool in Vallentuna.
Bring:
- swimwear
- towel
- water bottle
- snack/fruit for after

If you want to get there yourself, the meeting starts at 18:30 outside the entrance to Sports Club Vallentuna.
Otherwise, we will gather at 18:00 at the Yard to go to the train at 18:05.
Let us know if we meet at the bathhouse or at the Yard.

If you are picked up, the meeting will end at 20:00 (+/- time for changing)

Those of us who travel by train aim to be back at the Yard at 20:35.
