Winter Indoor training with the club's S&C coach and head of NIU in rugby at Stockholm's Idrottsgymnasium, Ned Culliford.
Even if you train elsewhere during the week, you should attend these sessions to ensure that you have correct lifting/training technique and, of course, to stick together as a team during the long winter break!
