Exiles men win first game of the 2024 season

Exiles men defeated Pingvin at a Gubbängen on Saturday 11th of May.

Nice weather and a big crowd came out to cheer on the home team.

This was Exiles first game but all the hard work during spring training paid off. Exiles started strongly and nearly scored from the first touch of the bail, but Pingvin just managed to stop the attack. 5 min into the game, Exiles scored their first try and then kept on scoring regularly.

The score was 40 -0 at the half and end score was 64 - 0.

Man of the match must have been Dave Hill, who looked like he was going to score every time he touched the ball and did score 4 tries.

Pingvin had a very young and inexperienced team and they will improve as the season goes ahead. There are also 3-4 imports who will join in the spring, who will strengthen the team.
