In the first game of the season at Lingvallen, LBK Gottfridsberg's B-Team produced some good football to earn themselves another 3 points. With many players unavailable for the A-Team's game on Saturday gone, the B-team took reward of this misfortune by having these players available for this game against Sonstorps IK. With an attacking formation, Gotte pressed the Sonstorp's defence into making mistakes. Within 15 minutes Gotte led by 3 - 0, two goals by Daniel Andersson and the third by Per Sandberg, Patrick Ekspong (MoM) assisted in all three goals. With three players on the bench, Gotte started rotating players; this gave a chance for Karim Lahrach (P-95) to make a solid debut within senior football. Gotte had many chances to increase the lead but Sonstorp held out until half time.

Taking the pitch in the second half, Gotte felt comfortable with this 3 - 0 lead but this changed dramatically,

when the opponents scored two quick goals in the first ten minutes, 3 - 2 and all was to play for.

Gotte managed to calm their nerves, and finally, after many chances, Fredrick Rogström managed to put the game beyond reach in the 80 minute by his scoring his first goal of the campaign.

Final result, 4 - 2; Extra plus to Patrick Ekspong (MoM) and Pär Eklöf.
