All the jobs on the day itself have been kindly filled.
Some people have offered to both bake and work, which is above and beyond really! So another 4 or 5 people to bake would be much appreciated.

Our Home Festival is this coming Saturday and is being run by a combined U12/U14 effort. As usual, we will need the kind assistance of volunteers to make it a success!
Brad (U12) is arranging all the fixtures, liaising with all the clubs and setting up the pitches.
Karl (U14) will do the organising & shopping for the BBQ/Café, and make sure we have some kind of infrastructure!
We need a number of parents to bake/provide various types of fika/frallor. Please post what type of goodies you can provide and an approximate amount.
These would need to be brought to the café before 09:00 on Saturday morning.
On the day itself, we need the following:
BBQ
2 people to Grill
2 to serve.
Café
1 person to make coffee and be a runner
2 people to serve
All the above are the minimum number required. More is a bonus and would mean that breaks could be taken to watch some of your child's matches!
Most of you would need to be there from 08:30 to help set-up, but if you can only arrive later, let me know and it will still help massively.
Really hope to get a good response here and not to have to chase people.
Please let's pull together and make the U12/U14 Exiles Festival a memorable one!
