Overnight stay Borlänge

The Torsång IF Borlänge Festival on August 27th has been confirmed to have an 11:00 start.

We have decided to go ahead and make a trip out of it with an overnight stay on the Friday.
Approximate plan is to leave Gubbängen on a Team Bus at 16:00 on Friday 26th.
The cost of this bus will be covered by the club for all players that have paid their membership fees.

I have provisionally booked accommodation in a nearby hotel for 375kr per person including breakfast. Rooms are a mix of doubles and 4-bed rooms.
We would arrive on time for a team dinner in a local restaurant. Cost approx. 150-200kr
Lunch should be provided at the festival, but probably wise to have some funds available for snacks/fika/sandwich.
Depending on the finishing time of the matches, we may stop for a dinner on the way home.

Please sign up to this event if you would like to travel on the team bus and stay in the hotel.
Parents are welcome to join and, depending on numbers from the other youth teams, I can most likely arrange the same accommodation. (There will be a charge for the bus for parents)
