Då heden kommer vara ospelbar imorgon enligt prognosen så kommer vi flytta träningen inomhus och till rosendalshallen. Vi kommer fokusera väldigt mycket på fys på detta pass samt en hel del spel. Bra också med mer teknisk träning samt snabba beslut. Endast 20 platser.

As Heden will be unplayable tomorrow according to the forecast, we will move the training indoors and to the Rosendalhallen. We will focus a lot on fitness at this session as well as a lot of play. Good to learn more teqnic and fast decisions. Only 20 spots.
NOTE THAT IT IS INDOOR SHOES THAT APPLY!!
