We face one of Sweden's best teams this Saturday at Bergshamra. It will be interesting to see how we respond to last week's loss. Tyreso is an athletic group and we have a history between the two clubs that usually provides for some exciting football.
Over the past two weeks our defense has shown some flashes of greatness. We will need to play tough against the run, and not allow many big plays through the air. Our offense will need to control the line of scrimmage and establish a running game. It will be crucial for us to get second and third effort plays to get points on the board.

We were shut-out yesterday by a strong Tyreso team. Our offense failed to score despite moving the ball into scoring territory several times. Their defense was as strong as predicted and made things difficult for us. They effectively handled our passing game with good coverage on our receivers and a strong pass rush. We did a decent job running the football and I am happy about the progress made in that area this season. Another aspect of our offense I like is that we are lot beating ourselves, we can always execute better, but we are not turning the ball over and we haven't suffered from too many penalties.
After a tough opening-day loss to Orebro, I think our defense is gaining confidence. They have played well the last two weeks, and Saturday the defense played with great energy and enthusiasm. We have a lot of new faces that need to gel as a unit and learn the system. We'll just have to see how they mature but the potential of this group is something to be excited about.
Hats off to Tyreso for a convincing win and for playing with class.
