F15/18 Rugby - Wrestling

We have also been lucky to be invited to 3 tabata sessions and 3 wrestling sessions (great fun and brilliant training for rugby!) with the P18s & P16s on the next 6 Saturdays, starting with Tabata this Saturday the 14th. In order to get most out of the sessions, you will need to pair up with another girl to attend the sessions. Each session costs 100kr per person which should be swished to Neil Coatsworth, 0706045743. (Parents & siblings are more than welcome to join the Tabata sessions at a price of 150kr per session, per person)
