4th of december is the last game of the first round for our team and on this game we face Karlstad at our home. At this moment our team is in the last place of the standings with only one win against Svedala B, who is currently in 4th place! Svedala only lost 3 games and Degerfors was one of the teams that won against them.

After this first game our team started improving technically and tactically but our mindset started to change. The fear of winning is constant. By two times against two different teams we were leading by 24-19 and didn't finish the set, when this happens we know that it's not at all about the opponent but about us.. 

As the coach I guess that if one thing has to change at the moment it's not luck. Every game our team will have from now on are finals and we have to fight for each one as so!

This message is not just for my players that I believe in and I am proud of, but for all supporters, family and friends, sponsors, club board and definitely for all the OTHER TEAMS that we played against. The only thing that is going to change is the fear we have for ourselves and when our players stop fearing themselves, the opponents will for sure start respecting and fear us!

The rest of the work has been done believe me, and then we will not be the last standing!

Once again thank you for all the support that you all give to this team, the girls really deserve it.
